With a physical location that links the Williamson College of Business Administration with downtown Youngstown's business hub, the Center offers a high-end setting for conferences, seminars, board meetings, and executive planning sessions.
All the rooms in the Conference Center contain state-of-the-art technology including computer/blue ray, internet capabilities, podium, microphone, and ceiling mounted video projection system. Flip charts and easils are available upon request. Food and/or beverages can be ordered from Sodexo Catering Services. A conference center manager is available to assist with all aspects of your program. Video conferencing is also available.
Rooms and furnishings throughout the Williamson Hall reflect a business sensibility including a spacious sky-lit atrium, a cafeteria with outdoor seating, and computer labs. For large events, classrooms may also be accessible.
Our professional, experienced conference center staff will ensure that your event is a success. Each conference room can be configured to your group's specifications with full range telecommunications access. Amenities included with the room rental are business video conferencing, high speed internet connectivity, screen, laptop, projector, podium, and microphone. We offer affordable rates.
