The ceremony will be held at Veterans Plaza on the YSU campus.

- The honoree must be connected to the university as an attendee or employee, past or present.
- The honoree must have passed while on active duty.

- 1 page cover letter expressing why they want to work in the Office of Veterans Affairs, also listing the qualifications
