The Tech Desk provides first level technical support to YSU faculty members, staff, and students.

Technical support is provided for most industry standard computer products including PCs, Macs, computer software, printers, smart phones, and tablets. The Tech Desk also assists students with installing “academic related” software and helping them to configure their PCs to connect to the YSU network.

 Technical support is available via self-service, email, phone, and a ‘walk-up’ service during daytime hours of operation. A variety of ‘Self-Help’ instructions are also available on the Tech Desk website.

Sat. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
