The YSU Tech Desk is located on the fourth floor of the Maag Library and provides first level technical support to YSU faculty members, staff, and students. Technical support is provided for most industry standard computer products including PCs, MACs, computer software, printers, smart phones, and electronic readers. The Tech Desk provides first level technical support of all the YSU computer systems and helps faculty, staff, and students with password related problems. The Tech Desk assists students with installing “academic related” software, and helping them to configure their PCs to connect to the YSU network.
