SERVICES PROVIDED

Disabled Vehicle Assistance

Disabled vehicle assistance is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m. if you need help with jump starts, lockouts or the loan of lug wrenches, jack stands or gas cans. Please call the MOTORISTS' ASSISTANCE PROGRAM at ext. 3051 or (330) 941-3051. Assistance is available only to vehicles legally parked on campus.

Emergency Telephones

Emergency telephones are installed in most parking lots and other areas throughout campus. They are for emergency use only. Dialing is not necessary. When the receiver is lifted, a signal is automatically and instantly received in the YSU Police Department. The need for vehicle assistance does not constitute an emergency.

WELCOME!

Our staff is dedicated to providing a safe and friendly, customer-oriented environment for the campus community. We are responsible for the maintenance of the lots and decks on campus, the issuance of permits and the enforcement of the rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Trustees. Services that we provide include jump-starting and unlocking vehicles, the loan of lug wrenches and gas cans to motorists through our Motorist Assistance Program.

Make sure you have your permit displayed at all times when parking on campus.

Parking Office

During Semester: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
Break Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm

Parking Decks

During Semester:
M-1 Deck located on Wick Avenue
Wick Entrance: Monday-Saturday 6am-Midnight*
Walnut Entrance: Monday-Friday 7am-7pm

M-2 Deck located on the corner of Fifth & Arlington
Arlington Entrance: Monday-Saturday 6am-11pm*
Lincoln Entrance: Monday-Friday 7am-11pm
Break Hours:Monday-Friday 7am - 7pm, unless closed for repairs
*These hours may change if a special event is scheduled

Parking Lots

F-1 Lot (located on Bryson Street)
Monday-Friday: 6am-11pm*
Saturday: 7am-11pm
M-24 Lot (corner of Fifth Avenue & Grant Street)
Monday-Friday: 6am-11pm*
Saturday: 7am-11pm*
*These hours may change if a special event is scheduled

OTHER LOTS

Lots that are staffed by Parking Services are normally scheduled open 7am-11 pm. Hours may vary daily due to campus events and staffing.

WALNUT STREET LOTS

These lots close at 6 p.m. ~ after 6 p.m. please use the M-1 parking deck.
