Diversity Works - A month long celebration each Fall that invites area organizations to sponsor one activity in their own workplace that recognizes, celebrates and promotes how diversity among their employees, in their market place, or with their partners in business helps the organization achieve its mission.

Human Resource Conference - Each year, the Human Resource Conference is co-sponsored by the Partners, the Western Reserve Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management, its student chapter at YSU and the Williamson College of Business Administration.

Spotlight on Diversity Spotlight on Diversity” The Partners for Workplace Diversity are seeking suggestions for programs, policies, or structures that foster workplace diversity and diversity competence in the Valley region. We will spotlight them at our events throughout the year. (Dr Ram Kasuganti, 330.941.3071).

Resources - The Partners maintain a Web site that provides links to national diversity programming and lists of area diversity opportunities and activities.  See our diversity "kits" for assistance.

Training - The Partners plan periodic workshops for general audiences or specific workplace needs as well as train-the-trainer opportunities.  These are announced in our newsletter and on our Web site.

News Letters/Meetings - The Partners committee meets as needed, to plan the annual initiatives and training sessions.  Meeting notices are announced on the Web site and in the newsletter.
