 Q. Will my transcripts arrive in five days?

A. No. Transcripts processing is usually five business days from the receipt of request. After the five business day processing time, the transcript leaves our office and is sent via regular mail (Post Office) and their delivery times vary. There is no charge for transcripts processed in the five business day time frame. We do not have Post Office delivery times so we can not guarantee arrival time for any request being mailed out. If guaranteed delivery is needed, there is a UPS overnight service for $25.00. If your records are "offline" or archived, additional processing time might be required.
