1. How do I post a job?
          Employers may post job opportunities at no charge using Penguinlink.  If you do not already have an organizational
          profile in the system, click on Penguinlink and you will be directed to the home page.  There you will choose “Register
          for a new account.” Complete the information requested and once you have been approved, you will be able to post
          job openings for all YSU students as well as alumni.  

         
If you are a returning employer to Penguinlink, simply click the link and you will be asked for your user name and
          password to enter the system.

Who should I contact for help?
          
If you are experiencing trouble on our web site or you have a question, please feel free to contact our
          office at (330) 941-3515.

How do I review resumes?
         
Once you are registered in Penguinlink, you may view student resumes through the “Resume Books” tab.  Once you
          click on the tab, it will provide instructions on setting up your search.

How do I reserve a space for an Information Session?
          If you are interested in reserving a space on campus for an information session, you will contact Susan George at
          (330) 941-3515.  She will work with you on the date you would like to visit campus, make any additional equipment
          or space issue requests you may have, provide marketing to our YSU students for the event as well as follow up with
          you a week prior to the event to make sure everything is in place.

Should I report when I hire a YSU student or alumni?
         
We ask that you please notify us when you hire a YSU student or alumni.  You can simply call 330-941-3299 and ask for
          Susan George or email her at slgeorge01 AT ysu DOT edu.  We appreciate your feedback.

How do I get involved with the Job Expos
          As an approved employer in Penguinlink, you will receive an email notifying you that registration is open for the
          upcoming Job Expo.  You may then log on to Penguinlink and register for the Job Expo.  Upon registration approval,
          you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice attached.  Two weeks prior to the event you will receive a
          packet of information providing details about the event such as parking, maps, directions, etc.

7.
Who arranges the On-Campus Interviews?
         
Our office will make all the arrangements for your on-campus interviews.  You may call Susan George at 330-941-3299
          or email her at slgeorge01 AT ysu DOT edu and she will assist you.  Please provide any special requests for equipment or
          accommodations with her so that we may have these taken care of before you come to campus.
