Minimum requirements for student employment on campus:
Enrollment -- In Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semesters, students must be enrolled for at least one (1) course of 3 hours or more to be considered for employment. During the Summer of 2012 students need not be enrolled for the summer term; however, they must have been enrolled for Spring 2012 and be already registered for Fall 2012.
GPA -- 1.75 (for Freshmen); 2.0 (for Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors); 3.0 (for graduate students). In-coming freshmen with no GPA yet established at the university are permitted to work during their first semester with a "0" GPA.
Good Standing -- Students must be in good standing with the university at the time of employment. Financial holds and academic holds on a student's transcripts will delay employment until all holds are lifted.
NOTE: If you see a job in this listing that you are interested in applying for, please contact the employing department directly. Most listings contain a "CONTACT" name and a four-digit telephone extension. If you want to call the contact number from a YSU campus telephone, simply dial the four digit number of the extension. If you are calling from off campus or from your cell phone, you will need to dial 330-941- and then the four-digit extension.
