We are accepting applications for Fall 2015!

The deadline for all students to apply for the Fall 2014 semester has passed.
Please contact the admissions office at 330-941-2000 with any questions that you may have.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

Freshman applicants must submit:

  • Completed Undergraduate Admission Application
  • Non-refundable $45 application fee
  • Official high school transcript
  • Official copy of ACT or SAT exam results*
  • ACT or SAT is not required if applicant graduates from high school more than 2 years prior to enrollment unless participating in varsity sports
  • Official copy of your General Education Development (GED) test results, if  applicable.
  • Proof of passing all sections of the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT) - Ohio residents only

Transient applicants must submit:

  • Completed Undergraduate Admission Application
  • Non-refundable $40 application fee
  • Official letter from the Registrar's Office at current college/university stating applicant is in good academic standing or a copy of transcripts from current college/university

Former transient student must submit:

  • Completed Undergraduate Admission Application
  • Official letter from the Registrar's Office at current college/university stating applicant is in good academic standing or a copy of transcripts from current college/university

(Transient students must re-apply each semester as acceptance is only valid for one academic semester)

Transfer/Post-Baccalaureate applicants must submit:

  • Completed Undergraduate Admission Application
  • Non-refundable $45 application fee
  • Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
  • Official high school transcript*
  • Official copy of your General Education Development (GED) test results, if applicable*
  • Proof of pass all sections of the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT) - Ohio residents only*

*not required if applicant has a bachelor's degree

Former/Transfer students must submit:

  • Completed Undergraduate Admission Application
  • Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended since leaving Youngstown State university

Former students must:

Veterans and military personnel:

  • Contact the Office of Veterans Affairs at 330-941-2503 regarding application process procedures before applying
  • Completed Undergraduate Admission Application
  • Official high school transcript
  • Official college/university transcript, if applicable
  • AARTS/SMARTS/AFCC/CG transcript

To request transcripts, log onto www.acenet.edu, click on link for Programs and Services the Transcript Request.
