Associate degrees offered at the Williamson College of Business Administration are:
 
Associate in Arts in Business Administration (A.A.)
           Degree Concentrations: Accounting, Finance, Management, and Marketing 

Associate in Labor Studies (A.L.S.) 

Associate of Technical Study (A.T.S.)

All of the courses required for the A.A. degree articulate completely with the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S. in B.A.) degree. In order for business associate degree students to be prepared for the rigorous content of the business upper division courses, proper sequence of courses and proper prerequisites must be followed. Students pursuing an A.A. degree must complete English Writing II, the required Business Tool courses, and a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher before they are eligible to enroll in the Business Core courses and Business Concentration courses.

Associate Degree (A.A. and A.L.S) requirements are divided into four components:
1) General Education Requirements (GER)
2) Business Tool Courses
3) Business Core Courses
4) Concentration Courses

Associate of Technical Study (A.T.S.) with a concentration in Business Technology is divided into three components:
1) General Education Requirements (GER)
2) Business Tool Courses
3) Technical, Vocational or Industry-Specific Training (maximum of 30 semester hours of documented and evaluated credit).

The Business Technology degree program is designed to provide an opportunity for individuals who have completed documented vocational or technical training to earn academic credit for their training and combine this with college level course work to earn an associate degree.

Students enter the A.T.S. program in one of two ways:
(1) students may either be enrolled in or have successfully completed a course of technical training that has already been evaluated by YSU and the WCBA for academic credit
OR
(2) on an individual basis with documentation of technical training that requires assessment by the University regarding the number of credit hours to be awarded. Students may be awarded no more than 30 credit hours for previous documented technical training.

Currently, the WCBA has articulation agreements for individuals who have completed four years of apprenticeship/journeyman training and graduates of TDDS Diesel Technician Training Program. Apprentices must have the approval of the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training in the U.S. Department of Labor.
