Student Advisement and Forms for Registration

Undergraduate student advisement is both important and required prior to registration for classes. The department maintains advisement records to document a student's progress toward the degree, and advisement is the key to timely progress.

Here is a link for the undergraduate advisement approval form to be used each semester:

      • Advisement approval form:   (.pdf)

Before the final semester of studies, the following form must be printed, filled out, and delivered to the department office. This form will outline the best estimate of scheduling for courses not yet completed.

      • Remaining courses form:   (.pdf)

In addition to the "Remaining Courses" form, two other forms must be finished by posted deadlines at the beginning of the final semester. They are the "Undergraduate Graduation Application" and the "Cap and Gown Order Form."  These paper forms will be found in or near the department office.

Graduate students will find information about advisement procedures at the Graduate Program link.5-Nov-2010

      • upload your resume and have it critiqued by a career coordinator,
      • view and apply for job postings,
      • participate in On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) / Interviews and company information sessions,
      • view employers participating in career fairs and much more!

PenguinLink  Registration is free for all students and alumni, and may be accessed here.
