First-time college students who are qualified for enrollment in MATH 1571 (Calculus 1) and are seeking a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree may be admitted directly into the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Those who are not ready for Calculus will remain under the guidance of the College of STEM advising staff until they are transfered into the department.
