Graduation Requirements

Graduation requirements for the undergraduate degrees offered by the College of Fine and Performing Arts.

Graduation Evaluation

To initiate your graduation, you must complete an "intent to graduate" form online.  It is most desirable to complete an Intent to Graduate two semesters prior to your graduation date.  After filling out this form, turn it into the Advisement Office.  You should then schedule an appointment with your Department Chairperson to have your Senior Sheet evaluated to make sure you are on track.
