DR. MARY LOU DIPILLO

Interim Dean of the Beeghly College of Education

Dr. Mary Lou DiPillo began her position as Associate Dean of the Beeghly College of Education at Youngstown State University on July 1, 2002. Her Ph.D. is from the University of Akron (1994). A former elementary school teacher in the area, she began working at YSU as a part-time faculty member. She was later encouraged to apply for a full-time teaching position. She has previous administrative experience as TEC Coordinator, Director of the Beeghly Center for P-16 Research and Development, and Chairperson of the Department of Teacher Education at YSU.
