To withdraw from a course(s): access the MyYSU Portal-Registration, confirm withdrawal was correctly processed/ courses deleted. Not attending or notifying the instructor/ dept doesn't constitute official withdrawal. (330) 941-6000
Last day to withdraw and receive a 100% refund: full-term & 1st 8-wk term - January 26th, 2nd 8-wk term - March 30th. Last day to withdraw with a grade of "W": full-term & lst 8-wk term - March 27th, 2nd 8-wk term - April 18th.
The last day to have a grade submitted for an "I" (Incomplete) grade from Fall 2013 is March 1st. Refer to the Undergraduate Student Bulletin (pg 39) for the entire procedure.
The last day to apply for Spring graduation without a late fee is February 7th. All graduating students must complete the application after advisor approval via the MyYSU portal.
