Counseling Services

Anne Lally, MSEd., LSW, PCC-S

Anne Lally MSEd LSW PCC-S

As YSU’s Mental Health Counselor my focus is to provide counseling for our currently enrolled students. I have been employed at YSU since 1988 and as the Mental Health Counselor since 2001.

To provide the best services for our students I have initiated and facilitated collaborations with University as well as Community resources. My collaborations have created strong partnerships with local and regional facilities.

I am currently serving on the Mahoning County Mental Health Board (2006 – present) and have served on both the Boys & Girls Club (2004-06) and the Juvenile Justice Advisory Board (2004-08).

I am also adjunct faculty in our Counseling Department. This provides me the additional opportunity of contact with our students while they are on their academic path.

My goal is to be proactive for our students and in this capacity I am a member of our STAT Team (Student Threat Assessment Team).

I welcome all calls to Counseling and wish to provide prompt and caring service to our campus community. Please call me at 330 941 3737, if you have a questions or concerns about counseling I would be happy to address them.
