In addition to the minimum School of Graduate Studies admission requirements, applicants must complete undergraduate courses in research methodology, statistics, ACCT 2602, and MGT 3725 or AHLT 4810, or their equivalent. Students should complete any undergraduate deficiency coursework before completion of the third semester of graduate work and must complete it prior to enrolling in related graduate-level courses. Also, students must submit three reference letters: one from a faculty member, one from an employer, and one from another source, or two from faculty members and one from another source. Regular admission requires an unrecalculated cumulative undergraduate grade-point average of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). The MHHS Advisory Committee may require the Graduate Record Examination (general test) of students who do not meet admission criteria. Students seeking provisional admission must follow the requirements listed in the Graduate Bulletin under "Provisional Admission."

Application requests should be forwarded to the School of Graduate Studies.
