Where is the Alumni and Events Management Office?
The Office of Alumni and Events Management is housed in the oldest building on campus, originally the home of the Myron Israel Arms Family. It is located on the corner of Wick Avenue and University Plaza.

How can I update my address and other information?
If you have moved, changed jobs, are recently married, or have any other change in contact information, please contact the Office of Alumni and Events Management. Complete and submit online membership update form.

How do I obtain a copy of my transcript?
Written requests may be mailed to: Youngstown State University, Records Office, One University Plaza, Youngstown, OH 44555 or faxed to 330.941.1408. Download, complete, and mail or fax transcript request form.  For additional information please call 330.941.3182.
