Web Team Services:

• Provide organization and design for the YSU home page plus top-level pages.  This includes video plus other new media production and integration into campus web site.
• Meet with department/office staff to discuss web site organization, design, and strategy for new or redesign efforts.
• Provide support in terms of designing templates in one of two campus content management systems (i.e., ContentM and OU Campus) and moving content over from existing sites into cms.
• Provide training on using both content management systems. 
• Provide leadership for organization and design of MyYSU portal.  Other activities associated with MyYSU include: manage non-student Group requests, respond to target announcers technical questions, manage tabs and channels (including responding to channel admin technical questions), and explore areas of integration between MyYSU and the YSU web site.
• Provide leadership for web site/portal advisory committee
• Assist with application development (e.g., feedback/survey forms, interactive/database-driven web sites and applications, etc.).
• Provide development and technical support for YSU News, eUpdate, and YSU Magazine web-based applications.
• Provide assistance in setting up Google Analytics for departments/offices for monitoring traffic on web sites residing on www.ysu.edu and web.ysu.edu and.
• Maintain faculty/staff and student organization web-based directories.
• Set-up web directories plus logins for department/office and student organizations residing on the YSU server (www.ysu.edu).
• Maintain Departmental Web Developers Support page.
• Maintain YSU web cam.
