Graduation from Youngstown State University:
Potential graduates must apply for graduation online by the deadlines below.
Please follow these instructions to apply online.
The fee for applying for graduation in this time frame is sixty-five dollars ($65). Once this deadline has passed, potential graduates will incur a late fee of thirty-eight dollars and fifty cents ($38.50) to file for graduation.
Spring 2013 Application Deadline:
Friday, February 1, 2013 (without a late fee), or Thursday, March 28, 2013 (with a late fee).
Summer 2013 Application Dates:
1st day to apply: Thursday, April 12, 2013.
Last day to apply without late fee: Friday, June 07, 2013.
Last day to apply with late fee: Monday, July 08, 2013.
Fall 2013 Application Deadline:
1st day to apply: Monday, July 22, 2013.
Last day to apply without late fee: Monday, September 16, 2013.
Last day to apply with late fee: Monday, October 28, 2013.

Diplomas
Diplomas are not available at University Commencement due to degree verification. Diplomas may be picked up according to the dates listed below at the Record's Office (Jones Hall, Room 1013). You must have a photo ID when picking up your diploma. You may also contact Cathy Pokrivnak at 330-941-1584 with any diploma mailing questions.
Spring 2013 Diploma Availability: May 28, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Summer 2013 Diploma Availability: August 28, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fall 2013 Diploma Availability: January 14, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
