Welcome
Welcome to the Department of Geography at Youngstown State University. We offer a major (Bachelor of Arts) and four minors in Geography. We now offer the new Spatial Information Systems major (Bachelor of Applied Science). We also have a Certificate Program in Geographic Information Science (GISci).
Our Full-time Faculty
We are located on the first floor of the Phelps Building at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Phelps Street (aerial view). All of our on-campus classrooms, including our map library and computer labs, are located in the Phelps Building.
